TRONFJELL HAM

With oven-baked beets, firm cheese from Skarbø farm and Norwegian cold-pressed rapeseed oil
Tronfjell ham is produced on Tynset in Hedmark. It is matured for a minimum of 24 months and is so tender and velvety soft that it really melts on the tongue. From the farm Skarbø on Stranda we receive a beautiful well-aged white cheese that goes well with both baked Norwegian beets, good ham and Norwegian cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Odelia
